3. No Emergency Services Online
DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE FOR EMERGENCY MEDICAL NEEDS.
Our online booking forms and contact details are monitored during working hours only. If you are experiencing a life-threatening medical emergency (such as severe chest pain, breathing difficulties, or critical trauma), please proceed immediately to the nearest hospital casualty department or contact local emergency services.
4. Appointments & Cancellation
When scheduling an appointment via our booking portal:
- Your requested slot is not confirmed until a Kaleidos+ representative contacts you (via phone or WhatsApp) to confirm the schedule.
- We make reasonable efforts to confirm online requests within 2 hours during normal clinic operating hours.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time so we can accommodate other patients.
5. Patient Responsibilities & Conduct
To ensure a safe and healing environment, patients and visitors at our clinic agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical histories, previous prescriptions, and lab reports.
- Maintain respect and civil conduct towards our doctors, nurses, administrative staff, and fellow patients.
- Follow the treatment protocols, medications, and dosage instructions recommended by our consultants.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with our services, appointments, or this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu.
